Jonathan B. Kaman
Jonathan Kaman’s passion is helping clients navigate complex legal challenges with confidence. His legal expertise covers a range of practice areas, including business, employment, estate planning, and real estate. His success is built upon attentive listening, clear communication, and strategic preparation.
Jonathan began his career with training at the prestigious Neal & Bea Smith Legal Clinic while still studying law at Drake University Law School. Upon graduation, he worked for a firm in the Chicago area that represented lenders in foreclosure proceedings.
In June of 2015, Jonathan opened The Kaman Law Firm, PC, to serve individuals, families, and businesses in McHenry County. Then, in January 2019, he merged his practice into Zanck, Coen, Wright & Saladin, PC, to provide his clients with easier access to a full range of legal representation.
A lifelong resident of McHenry County, Jonathan believes strongly in supporting neighbors and gives generously of his time to several community organizations. In his spare time, he can be found parenting his two young children, reading, collecting art, listening to music, sailing on Lake Michigan, or working with his wife, Theresa, restoring their 125-year-old home.
