Deb Dawdy

Deb Dawdy joined Zanck, Coen, Wright & Saladin, PC, in February 2025, bringing more than two decades of experience handling real estate transactions. She works closely with the firm’s real estate attorneys, managing files from opening through closing and ensuring each transaction proceeds smoothly and efficiently. She is your go-to person when you have questions about the status of your real estate transaction.

Deb began her legal career in 1996 and has worked on real estate matters since 2000. Over the years, she supported attorneys at firms in Crystal Lake and Lake in the Hills, gaining extensive experience handling residential and commercial real estate transactions. She has also supported attorneys who specialize in estate planning for special needs individuals.

Deb has lived in McHenry County since 1983 and currently resides in Crystal Lake with her adult son. She enjoys reading, going to the movies, and spending time with family, which she considers is one of the most important parts of her life.
